Completion rate calculator
The correct team completion rate is total completed divided by total assigned, not the average of each project's percentage.
Why is averaging percentages wrong?
Averaging percentages gives a one-task project the same weight as a 500-task project. In the example above, one project is 1 of 1 done and the other is 0 of 9. The average of those rates says 50 percent, yet only 1 of 10 tasks is finished, which is 10 percent.
The SQL version is in Calculate a dashboard completion rate without averaging percentages.
